Private charters are available seven days a week and reservations are highly recommended. Our charters can accommodate up to 16 adults and children (more if there are lots of kids). During your charter YOU tell the captain where you would like to go on the lake. You can explore secret coves, view osprey nesting in their natural habitat, keep an eye out for eagles, or bring your fishing rod and try to catch one of the many rainbow trout or kokanee salmon. If you would like to bar hop you can cruise over to the Tiki Bar for a rum runner.

We do not supply food and drink but you are welcome to bring your own well-stocked coolers on board and enjoy your favorite beverages.

The Island Grill at the Frisco Bay Marina will also prepare food for your cruise. You can contact the Island Grill at 970-668-9999. All charters begin and end at the Frisco Bay Marina. An additional hour will be charged for charters beginning or ending in Dillon

This is a great experience for family reunions, birthday parties, wedding parties, or corporate outings.

If while underway the party agrees to extend the charter the credit card used to make the reservation will be charged the additional hourly rate of $75 per hour with a one hour minimum. Any member of the charter party may pay with cash for additional time. The vessel will be available for boarding 15 minutes prior to the scheduled departure. Waiting for late party members will count toward the scheduled charter time listed above. The charter guests will obey all requests and commands given by the captain. Failure to obey the captain will result in termination of the charter and no refund will be provided. Smoking is not permitted aboard the vessel at any time. Failure to comply will result in termination of the charter and no refund will be provided. Any damage to the vessel caused by any member of the charter party shall be the responsibility of the guest making the reservation and/or who signs this agreement. Swimming is not permitted in Lake Dillon/Dillon Reservoir. Any member of the charter party who enters the water from the vessel shall be subject to ticketing by the Summit County Sheriff. Should a guest enter the water from the vessel the charter will be terminated and no refund will be provided. It shall be the responsibility of the guest signing this form to inform the other members of the charter party of the policies. A $25 fee will be charged for excessive trash, drink stains, pet hair, etc. Trash bags will be provided at no charge. A copy of this signed agreement can be requested and will be provided via mail within 48 hours.

Due to the seasonal nature of our business we have strict reservation policies in place. However, we are always willing to work with our guests to find a reasonable solution to potential schedule changes. Please review the Charter Agreement form for additional policies. A copy can be found on our website at www.DillonTaxi.com/charters.asp. At the time of booking a non-refundable $50 booking fee will be collected. If the reservation is made less than 14 days prior to the reservation date, payment in full must be made at the time of booking. Payment must be made in full no less than 14 days prior to the reservation. Payment may be made via cash, check or credit card. A reservation may be changed for a later date during the same season if space is available. If the reservation is not fulfilled during the current season then no refund will be given. A reservation may be canceled 14 days or more prior to the reservation. However, the $50 booking fee will not be refunded. The $50 booking fee may be applied to a reservation during the same season. The weather in Colorado can change rapidly, both for better or worse. In our experience the late afternoon/early evening weather tends to be clear even if there is rain earlier in the day. We will not cancel a charter due to weather more than one hour prior to the schedule departure. If it should begin to rain while the charter is underway we will issue a prorated refund OR reschedule for a later date for the remainder of the time not used.
